WCAAD Students Won 2022 Senate and Congressional Awards

​WCAAD students won Senate and Congressional awards in the 2022-23 Rosemead Fitness Day and Health Fair Children’s Drawing Contest with themes of “Healthy Living,” “Protect the Environment” and “Water-in-Motion.”

​8 students won the 27th Congressional Award.

​As one of the major sponsors for the annual Health Fair Art Contest, Ms. Lei Wang, the WCAAD Principal, has been taking every effort in promoting the activity and encouraged her students and other children from the community to join the contest every year during the past decade, giving children opportunity to learn knowledge of environment protection and healthy living. Mary Su, the representative of Senator Dianne Feinstein presented the recognition award to Ms. Lei Wang for her long time contribution to the Health Fair.
