2006-2007 National PTA 1st Place

Christopher Theung, 7 years old, won 2006-2007 National PTA 1st Place out of 500,000 competitors. Parent-teacher association (PTA) is a formal organization composed of parents, teachers and staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in a school. PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home.

Alice Yang, 13 years old, won 2008-2009 National PTA 1st Place out of 500,000 competitors.

There are six arts categories – dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts. Students of all grades and abilities may participate and explore the arts. 

2014-2015 California State PTA 1st Place 

Theme :The World Would Be a Better Place If...

Allison Lee, 8 years old, won 2014-2015 California State PTA 1st Place out of 50,000 competitors. Entries are reviewed at local, regional, state and national levels. Entries will be judged primarily on how well the student uses his or her artistic vision to portray the theme, originality and creativity.

Eric Chang, 7 years old, won 2016 Doodle4Google California State 1st Place.
Doodle4Google is an annual contest open to students in grades K-12. Students are invited to create their own Google doodle for the chance to have it featured on the Google homepage.

Jessica Fung, 10 years old, won 1st Place in 2013nationalartcompetitionheld by Chinese American Museum. The theme is “My Root.” 
AshleyMcGinn,10yearsold,wonSilver Prize in 2016 national “Toyota Dream Car”art contest. The Toyota Dream Car Art Contest is a worldwide contest presented annually that is designed to inspire creativity in youth and imagine the future of mobility. 

AdelynTran,6yearsold, won2015-16 national US Kids magazine cover design contest 2nd Place for Humpty Dumpty Group. The Theme is “If I Had a Time Machine...” The winning artwork is published in the issue of May/June 2016.
