27 Students from West California Academy of Art and Design Won 2017 Paint the Future Art Contest

2017 Paint the Future Art Contest is held by Chinese Institute of Engineers-SoCal to celebrate 100 years of scientific innovation and technological achievements by the Chinese engineers.


Students from West California Academy of Art and Design sweep the top 4 awards--
Andrea Lo and Angelina Liu share $200 scholarship for Age Group 10-12;
Eric Song Won $200 scholarship for Age Group 7-9;
Ethan Chen Won $200 scholarship for Age Group 6 and under;


The other 23 students won Honorable Awards: Nikki Yamamoto, Andy Liu, Olivia Maresca, Sophie Du, Charlie Li, Catherine Pei, Colraine Ding, Lauren Lu, George Lu, Julia Hou, Joe Huang, Alyssa Phuong, Derek Zhao, Allison Gao, Kayden Lam, Eunic Yang, Karly Lai, Angela Wang, Jadey Chen, Cadence Chan, Cody Li, Aiden Chow, Ethan Lam.
