Phoebe has many qualities that make her influential to her peers and a great candidate for colleges. With great ease, she is able to create worlds and loves experimenting often motivating others to do the same. She displayed discipline and her passion has made her seek extracurricular activities such as curating shows and teaching children. Her attitude towards her career is to live the lifestyle of a hard-working student and professionals. She is always thinking of provoking the viewer. Her life drawings and, use her characters in a cohesive manner is important as she sets up for a reception with her works. Invested, creative, and a great sense of humor, are some of the words that come to mind when I think of her. Her passion to learn and strive for success is what sets Phoebe apart. I have seen immense growth from when I first worked with her. I am confident she will be a great Illustrator one day. Seeing her mature to a influential young artist is of great satisfaction. She has fostered exhibitions where the sales went to charity and acted as the financial manager raising $20,000 dollars for the homeless and disadvantaged. She has volunteered in Youth and Beyond carrying out various activities helping society. She is part of the executive board as their marketing director where she hosted art shows. In her spare time, she also volunteers in the Xinli organization, teaching children new skill at no charge. Phoebe hosts drawing groups and loves teaching children when she can. Her aspiration for her work is to leave an impact and long-lived influence in the community. Now, Phoebe is motivated and excited to be part of SVA. She has sacrificed all her time creating and experimenting in art in and outside the classroom, as well as keeping up with her academics maintaining a solid GPA. Phoebe always invests hours on her projects, or helping other students by example and techniques, giving critiques, and demonstrating leadership. She has been a pleasure to work with and is a top model student as well as role model that you don’t come across in a while. She is dependable, motivated, and is in tune with her needs as a young artist. She works well under pressure and thinks only about a solid output. She takes criticism, and really explores how she can make her work stronger and is sincerely concerned about getting the best education.
