Jessica Fung’s concentration was in UI (User Interface) Design. This generally falls under the categories of Design and Computer Science, Design Media Arts, Interactive Design or Communication Arts in terms of majors. As an active problem solver and learner, this major allowed her to be aware of innovation and how to filter the best design solutions in her work.
“In design, there will always be room to learn and adapt since the media is ever expanding and changing with time,” Jessica said, “and there will always be a new problem to solve since complex humans and technology constantly evolve.”
Jessica Fung, an inquisitive and prolific student and, one of the most decorative students to graduate from WCAAD with several significant scholarships. Her talents, and distinct viewpoints make her portfolio unique.
Jessica is an active problem solver and her exploration of subjects such as the human connection has influenced her work. Specifically, how technology affects the human psyche through a cultural landscape.
Jessica started to take art class at WCAAD at the age of three. She won top awards at almost all the art contests she participated.
Jessica is fully engaged and critically aware on her decision making. She was able to apply to LACHSA and gain admittance and she returned to WCAAD to finish her portfolio.
