2019 Fitness Day & Health Fair Children's Environmental Art Creation

The annual Fitness Day & Health Fair will be held on Sunday, November 17, 10:00am—3:00pm. The location is Rosemead Center, 3936 N. Muscatel Avenue Rosemead, CA 91770. The web is www.FitnessAndHealthFair.org


West California Academy of Art and Design will hold the Children’s Environmental Art Creation in Room 3 of the Rosemead Center.  The first 30 students are free participation. Registration number: 626-292-1783, 626-235-2135.  The Academy will prepare the materials. Between 10:00am and 2:30pm bring your child to have fun! Teachers will be helping at the site.

“We hope this activity will spark ideas for parents and children who want to learn about the importance of reusing and recycling resources for environmental sustainability.” Wang Lei, the principal of the Academy, said. She said it will raise awareness about the importance of reusing and recycling, and recyclable items can be easily found in the home, such as milk and juice cartons, plastic bottles, plastic containers, jars and cereal boxes.
